To Place an Order. Much of our merchandise is sold within a short time of being listed. We make every effort to keep all listings current but items are subject to prior sale. We also publish a 150+ page photo-illustrated catalog twice a year. The cost of catalog subscriptions is $15.00 for three issues within the US. Foreign rate is $20.00 for three issues. All catalogs are shipped First Class mail. TERMS: If payment is by money order, bank check or credit card we will ship your merchandise within three days. If you pay by personal check and we are not acquainted with you through past dealings then we will not ship until your check has cleared out bank. This can take as much as two weeks. We will accept payment only in US funds. SHIPPING. Please be sure to include payment for postage and insurance. The minimum shipping cost is $5.00 per parcel. If your order is over $100, add 35 cents per each additional $100 value. Unless you request otherwise your merchandise will normally be sent UPS and insured for the full value. If you wish to have your items sent by the Post Office the insurance fee will be $1.00 per each $100 value. All items are subject to prior sale and if second or third choices are not given we will refund your money. | |||||||||
RETURNS. You have a five day inspection period on any merchandise received. Should you wish to return any item it must be in the same condition as when we sent it, properly packed and insured for the full value. If any part of your order should happen to be damaged in shipping, do not return it. You must contact the carrier and follow their instructions. GUARANTEE. All items carry our 100% exclusive lifetime guarantee of authenticity. This means that if you ever have good reason to believe that any artifact purchased from us is not genuine we will buy it back for your original purchase price not including postage and insurance. All you have to do is keep your original invoice to return with the item. There are no other dealers that come close to matching this guarantee. LAY-A-WAY. We do offer a lay-a-way plan. 25% down with the balance due in 60 days. If you need longer call and lets discuss it. If items are not picked up from lay-a-way the deposit is nonrefundable and the merchandise will be sold to the next interested party. A phone call will hold any item for one week to give your payment time to arrive. CREDIT CARDS. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD purchases. SALES TAX.
