Almost every collector of Indian Artifacts in the country knows the name Woody Blackwell. He is argueably one of the best traditional technique flint knappers of modern times and excells at prehistoric fluting techniques. In part, because of this expertise, Woody was involved in one of the biggest artifact fraud cases in recent history. since that time both the demand and the value of his work has greatly increased. We have the opportunity to offer this superb collection of blackwell lithics with some very unique and fine specimens. the 18" Mississippian type sword is a superb blade and rare to find in such a large size. Then you have the great variety of fluted points even including that was broken durning the fluting process by an overshot flute.
